The room we stayed in had all the basics we needed, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. Despite that, the location was super quiet, which was a nice change from the usual busy places. Plus, it was just a short distance away from Madame Tussauds Orlando 😊.

The location was marvellous and magnificent, right by shops and restaurants as well as accessing the lakeside walk, other birds wandering around in the grounds and Calafate, Argentina and easily accessible. It also was close enough to the city center.

The rooms themselves where well-equipped with classic furniture. Location: the hotel was just next door to many eating places and shops, the lake and the boardwalk, and El calafate airport from a direct flight from Buenos Aires.

This place is conveniently located near the waterfront and town center, close to an incredible quirky restaurant called Vida Pura, offering well-equipped, spacious units with large, bright windows.

the location was extremely quiet and perfect: a bakery and main street shops were within walking distance. the staff, everyone, was friendly professional.

The breakfast food was different and reasonably-priced. the bathroom was fine. the room itself was reasonably spacious. the hotel's location was quiet, just next door to Pura Vida restaurant, shops, restaurants, and a grocery store.

Fantastic value for money, we thought. Charming & helpful staff. A 10 minute walk into town along the main road - very easy and felt safe. Little supermarket 5 mins walk away, which was very useful for things like bottled water. Excellent view from our window - if you want one, tell them when you book: they try to accommodate your wishes. We had a balcony too, which was lovely. Good breakfasts, free internet much appreciated.I was pleased to see they had a green policy of "hang your towels up if you're prepared to reuse them" and wish all hotels did this. I know it saves money for the hotel as well as not wasting electricity & using too much water/polluting with detergent etc. but I'm quite happy for hotels to benefit from that policy.Pretty and large garden.
As my partner wasn't vrry well for some of our stay (not the hotel's fault) we ate in 3 nights out of 4. Dinner was adequate but there was no excuse for what was obviously canned or powdered soup! A decent chef can't fail to make good soups which are the easist thing of all to prepare. Also, my steak was very disappointing - tough and overcooked. So, ideally, go out for dinner. However, if you like salads try theirs - they are very good. We booked 2 trips via the hotel and they were brilliant BUT it could be a disaster for older people as one (petrified forest trip) involved a lot of quite hard walking and this wasn't mentioned. We were the oldest people by far and it was fine but not always easy - hot and one very hard slope at the end. I was never so happy to see a waiting bus! Incidentally, you should be quite interested in deserts, geology and dinosaur remains to go on this trip. The guide - a geologist - was excellent.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent and helped us with all requested arrangements from a room with a good view to tour arrangements.

We like the entrance, it looks like a couple of living rooms, very nice. The breakfast was good, and the garden was nice and it was a short walk to the centre of the city. The room was oke, no complains from us.
